Job summary

You will input stock levels, verify data, analyze trends, develop optimization strategies, collaborate with purchasing and sales, and generate regular reports on turnover and stock levels. The role also involves administrative export duties, billing and documentation follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Input and update inventory data in the system promptly and correctly.
• Verify data with internal teams and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize errors and loss.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, and excess stock.
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels balancing supply and demand.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Generate regular inventory reports with key metrics (e.g., stock turnover, inventory value, stockout rates).
• Assist with administrative export duties, billing and documentation follow-up.
