Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Inventory & Purchasing Executive to maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock, and oversee stock movements within our Singapore operations.

This role supports stock audits, reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure inventory meets operational needs. You will handle purchase orders, system updates, DO generation, warehouse coordination, and monthly inventory reporting, while ensuring compliance with company procedures and

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Familiar with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Autocount).
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. data entry, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and address discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder products to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and issuing of stock according to procedures.
• Create POs and update items into system; match against sales orders before delivery.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports and provide insights on trends.
• Update and maintain the inventory management system with accurate stock data.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams for smooth inventory operations.
