Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records.
Input and update inventory data promptly in the system (e.g., stock levels, stock adjustments).
Data verification with internal teams and reconcile discrepancies to ensure system accuracy.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize errors and loss.
Manage Inventory Level and balance supply and demand.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, and excess stock.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, balancing supply and demand.
Coordinate with purchasing and sales to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Generate regular inventory reports with metrics (stock turnover, inventory value, stockout rates).
Identify trends, provide recommendations for improvement, and support decision-making.
Administrative export duties support, including billing and documentation follow-up.
Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP SAP and Advanced Excel.
