Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain professional to manage key client relationships and coordinate with internal teams for program implementations in Singapore. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, generating KPI reports, and supporting forecasting to maintain healthy stock levels.

Responsibilities include analysing stock and supply data, managing material records in ERP systems, and identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

Min Dip/ Deg in Logistics & Supply Chain or any relevant course of study.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for enquiries and issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to support client requests, new programmes and project implementations.
Monitor inventory levels, replenishment and incoming stock to ensure sufficient supply.
Prepare inventory, KPI and operational reports for monthly reviews.
Analyse stock, demand and supply data to identify gaps and support improvement plans.
Assist with forecasting and supply planning to maintain healthy inventory levels.
Monitor slow-moving and excess stock and support inventory control activities.
Use ERP systems and Excel to manage material/SKU records and operational data.
Identify opportunities to improve work processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
