Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Inventory Executive in Singapore to maintain accurate stock records and manage inventory movements. You will monitor levels, perform stock audits, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements include an ITE or Diploma in Business/SCM/Logistics, 1-2 years of experience, and proficiency with inventory software such as SAP, Oracle, or Autocount. Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Business, SCM, Logistics or related field.
• 1-2 years of inventory management experience.
• Familiar with inventory software such as SAP, Oracle, or Autocount.
• Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and address discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor stock movements and prepare reports on levels and audits.
• Create PO and update items in the system; match codes against orders.
• Coordinate receiving/issuing stock with warehouse; ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and operations to optimize inventory.
