Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Executive to maintain accurate stock levels, manage stock movements, perform stock audits, and support daily inventory operations across warehouses and departments.

You will create purchase orders, reconcile discrepancies, generate delivery orders, issue invoices, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports, collaborating with procurement, sales, and finance to ensure timely, compliant stock availability.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or related field.
• Familiarity with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or Autocount).
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock to prevent discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder products to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Create PO and update items into system; match items against sales orders to ensure supply before delivery.
• Generate DO and coordinate with warehouse for timely delivery; churn out invoices to Finance and send to customers/outlets.
• Oversee receipt of goods, ensure proper documentation and storage per procedures; coordinate stock issuance to destinations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and provide insights on trends and improvements.
• Update inventory system with accurate stock data and maintain documentation for stock movements.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory operations and timely stock availability.
• Ensure inventory handling complies with safety and regulatory standards; participate in best-practice implementations.
• Extract monthly sales report from system.
• Ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate.
