Job summary

Future Electronics Inc (Distribution) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Procurement & Inventory Executive to oversee regional product inventories, coordinate purchases through IMS, manage stock levels, push for optimal inventory turns, and partner with Product Marketing and Suppliers to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent and familiarity with Excel; candidates with 2 years of purchasing experience are preferred. Work location ESR BizPark Changi.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2 years of purchasing experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Daily purchases via IMS from local suppliers or global transfers from Memphis or UK.
• Review backorders to maximise assets and manage PBO inventory.
• Coordinate stocking packages with Product Marketing.
• Profile inventory including NCNR and customer-specific items.
• Coordinate programs to reduce bad and excess inventory.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies with marketing/suppliers.
• Resolve receiving discrepancies with APDC/marketing.
• Resolve rejected transfers with Corporate or UK.
• Manage RTV quality issues with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Marketer and Sr PM Asset on stock rotation and returns.
• Ensure prompt release of purchase orders to suppliers.
• Ensure relevant documents are in place for CUSPEC/NCNR parts.
• Meet Asset Buy Process SOP requirements.
