Job summary

Sancro Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IT Support Technician to maintain our IT infrastructure and assist users. This full-time role serves as the frontline for technology operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and productivity remains high.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, at least 1 year of IT support experience, basic Linux administration, and familiarity with servers, networking, and CCTV. Mandarin is preferred for stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of IT support experience in IT support, system engineering, infrastructure support, or related field.
Basic IT knowledge with a background in Linux administration.
Basic understanding of servers, hardware, networking, and IP addressing.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and good communication skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Must be willing and able to work night shifts as required.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
