Job summary

SANCRO PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Singapore team.

You will perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers and IT infrastructure, with a focus on Linux administration and basic CCTV systems. The role requires hands-on hardware, cabling, and connectivity testing, plus collaborative problem solving. You will document issues, support infrastructure projects, and work night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

ITE qualification in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics or related.
≥1 year experience in IT support, system engineering, or infrastructure.
Basic Linux administration knowledge.
Basic CCTV installation and troubleshooting knowledge.
Understanding of servers, networking, and IP addressing.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and operate independently or in a team.
Willing to work night shifts when required.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and IT infrastructure.
Perform basic Linux administration and system configuration.
Assist with server installation, rack mounting, cabling, and connectivity testing.
Support basic network configuration and troubleshooting (IP addressing, TCP/IP, switches).
Assist CCTV system installation, configuration, connectivity checks, and basic troubleshooting.
Perform system monitoring, preventive maintenance, software updates, and hardware replacements.
Support infrastructure implementation projects, testing, documentation, and handover.
Maintain technical documentation and report technical issues to the relevant teams.
