Job summary

Oneconnect Financial Technology Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide reliable desktop and end-user support, covering Windows laptops/desktops, software and account provisioning.

You will help maintain IT assets, handle tickets, and assist with security-related tasks under guidance. You will liaise with internal teams and vendors in English and Mandarin, participate in onboarding/training, and contribute to automation using PowerShell or Python for routine

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 2–3 years in desktop support or IT operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Windows Server basics and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level end-user support for laptops, desktops, peripherals and standard office apps.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot endpoints; assist onboarding/offboarding and workstation setup.
• Manage IT requests via tickets; document resolutions and meet service expectations.
• Support user accounts, VPN, Wi‑Fi, printers and basic network connectivity.
• Maintain inventories, licenses and asset lifecycle; coordinate procurement.
• Assist with server operations, backups, patching, monitoring and recovery tasks.
• Contribute to security operations, PAM reporting and audit evidence collection.
• Use PowerShell or Python to design simple automation for routine tasks.
• Prepare PAM reports and assist audits with evidence gathering.
• Coordinate with teams and vendors in English and Mandarin; provide training materials.
