You will handle incident management, device configuration, and documentation, participate in upgrades and service improvements, and ensure high service levels.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Degree in CS or IT or 2-3 years' server/storage/backup experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft Server, SQL Server, and Reporting Server.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience with AD, RDS, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and email troubleshooting.
• Experience with EUC and troubleshooting.
• Experience with networking, perimeter security, WAN.
• Cyber security focus: vulnerabilities, monitoring, updates.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine checks on infrastructure operations per IT standards.
• Monitor daily infrastructure traffic and performance.
• Configure infrastructure and related environments.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and tests.
• Act as first point of contact for incidents.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and track resolutions.
• Assist with upgrades and deployment of new infrastructure.
• Suggest improvements to procedures and controls.
