Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time role to manage daily data entry and warehouse operational data. The successful candidate will coordinate with logistics teams, handle exceptions, and monitor productivity metrics. A diploma is preferred along with strong analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with WMS is advantageous. The working hours are from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above preferred.
• Proficient in computer usage and office software.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience with WMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound/outbound data entry.
• Collect, update, and organize warehouse operational data.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Handle exceptions and liaise with support teams.
• Monitor attendance and productivity data.
• Support reporting and administrative follow-ups.
• Perform any additional duties assigned.
