A leading telecommunications company in Singapore is seeking a Head of International Network Operations to lead operations for the transport network and subsea infrastructure. As Head of International Network Operations, you will lead operations activities for Telstra International’s (TI) transport network and subsea infrastructure, with a focus on network points of presence across Asia‑Pacific, including the largest intra‑Asia carrier‑owned subsea cable system.

You will lead network monitoring, fault detection and resolution, backbone and customer order provisioning for transport services, maintenance planning, and change and problem management, while driving continuous improvement in process execution, service uptime and network performance. The role requires experience and strong leadership in network technologies, data analytics, AIOps development and implementation, stakeholder engagement, and communications, as well as collaboration with global operating centers and vendors.
Success in this role means rapid fault identification and resolution, proactive incident avoidance, and fast time‑to‑market for capacity augmentation and customer orders. This role will also make a leadership contribution to the implementation of a highly autonomous network for key operational use cases.
This role will be located in Singapore.
