Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise Aruba switching and AOS-CX
• Cisco Catalyst switches expertise
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve work efficiency

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents 24x7 on a rotational standby schedule
• Provide level 2–3 technical support for Network and Security, including Cisco UC support
• Troubleshoot Cisco, Check Point, and Palo Alto firewalls and UC infrastructure
• Perform network troubleshooting and optimization
• Act as 2nd level escalation from Level 1 engineers
• Monitor security events and respond to incidents
• Assist with voice and video collaboration solutions
• Troubleshoot UC-related network issues
