Job summary

NCS is seeking a Network Maintenance Engineer to provide tier-1 and on-call support for OneCare clients in Singapore. You will perform 24x7 standby onsite and remote troubleshooting, handle hardware replacements, apply security patches, and upgrade firmware on network and security devices while ensuring SLA commitments.

You will configure Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switches, manage Check Point and Palo Alto firewalls, and collaborate with senior engineers to document issues and drive rapid

Qualifications

• 3+ years of network and security experience.
• Cisco Catalyst 9000 switches configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and architectures.
• Experience with F5 load balancers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades.
• Configure Cisco Catalyst 9000 switches and routers.
• Manage and troubleshoot firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Replace faulty hardware and ensure firmware/software patches.
• Provide technical support to end-users and escalate as needed.
• Participate in 24x7 standby support and incident response drills.
• Update incident tickets accurately and maintain documentation.
