Singtel is an AI-first telco powering a connected world. This role provides Tier 2 technical support for enterprise networks, handling complex incidents, RCA, and timely resolutions while collaborating with regions and partners to ensure service availability.

You’ll work in a dynamic team, contributing to security, reliability and continuous improvement through documentation and knowledge sharing. Singapore-based, on-site role with shifting coverage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
• Experience in network operations, technical support, or incident management is preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise networking environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CPE equipment such as routers and switches is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise network services and manage complex incidents within SLAs.
• Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting, RCA, and timely resolutions for network issues.
• Serve as escalation point for internal teams and business stakeholders.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 3 with complete technical analysis and docs.
• Collaborate with customers across regions to resolve issues while ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate with internal units and partners to maintain service availability.
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot CPE-related issues (routers/switches).
• Participate in 24x7 shift operations and provide standby support when required.
• Maintain accurate incident records and knowledge base articles for continuous improvement.
• Continuously learn emerging networking technologies and best practices.
