Job summary

NCS is seeking a Network Security Engineer to respond to security incidents around the clock, provide Level 2–3 support for network and security platforms, and manage firewall infrastructure.

Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable communications and leverage AI-enabled tools to optimize operations and threat prevention across our UC and networking environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise switching and wireless networks using Aruba AOS-CX.
• Hands-on with Cisco Catalyst switching and UC infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve security operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents 24x7 on standby with SLA adherence.
• Provide Level 2–3 technical support for Network and Security.
• Manage Cisco FTD, Check Point, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Troubleshoot UC voice/video and network issues.
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability management.
