To be responsible for the CVE assessment, planning calendar, patching and vulnerability management, hardening, troubleshooting (L3 level) reporting of all network, firewall devices.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Network Administration of Cisco, Fortinet, F5, Aruba, Palo Alto environment:
• Working experience in ACI, Cisco, Arista, F5, Checkpoint, PaloAlto, Huawei is necessary.
• Patch management and Vulnerability Management (Must Have)
• Troubleshooting skills in patching/firmware upgrade related issues (Must Have)
• Extensive Experience in Network and Firewall patching and rollback.
• Experience on Patch management tools like NetBot, other similar tools etc.
• Perform Patch assessment and recommend/plan deployment.
• Experience on Automation of Pre and Post patching tasks.
• Bios upgrades and firmware upgrades.
• Candidate Should have Experience on Cisco Platforms.
• Candidate must have capability to understand Network Flows
• Candidate Should have Strong experience and understanding on DNS/DHCP/IPAM
• Candidate Should have Solid experience on Switching (VLAN,Bundling Mechanisms, Ethernet, STP Flavors) and Routing (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP)
• Candidate Should have Good Exposure on Standard/Extended Access-lists.
• Log monitoring/maintenance

Skills Required

• 10-15 years of Experience in Network and Firewall Administration
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal Skills.
• The candidate should have worked in an SLA driven environment and handled multiple customer stakeholders.
• Candidate must be hands-on and will be working, not just people management.
• Lead the team effectively and ensure full participation/utilization.
• Vendor handling experience, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Should be proficient in Network related SOP’s, Inventory, SLA reports.
• Enable cross-skilling within the team and deliver continuous improvements in operations.
• Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented and constantly changing environment
• Able to work on weekends as per Roster and provide off-business support (during weekdays) as and when needed. Comp-off can be availed for weekend work.
• CCNP Certification is mandatory.
