Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a technically capable professional to provide pre-sales and post-sales support for networking solutions in Singapore. You will demonstrate products, present technical solutions, and help deploy projects onsite or remotely.

The role requires 3+ years in network equipment support, with CCNA being an advantage. Excellent welfare and a clear path for career growth are highlighted in this established organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support.
• CCNA certificate will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and technical support by understanding customer requirements and recommending networking products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, testing and troubleshooting for customers.
• Support the implementation and delivery of networking solutions, including onsite/remote technical support and documentation.
• Provide after-sales technical support, diagnosing and resolving network, connectivity and product-related issues.
• Conduct customer training and technical guidance when required.
• Work closely with customers, internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Support other infrastructure and technical projects as required.

Salary range: $5000 - $6000

AWS and Performance Bonus provided
