Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Network Support Engineer in Singapore to provide pre-sales and technical support for networking products and solutions.

You will conduct product demonstrations, perform testing and assist in delivering projects onsite or remotely to customers. The role requires a degree in Computer Communications or Network Engineering and a minimum of 3 years' post-sales/technical support experience; CCNA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Communications or Network Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years related post-sales/technical support experience for network equipment.
• CCNA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and technical support by understanding customer requirements and recommending networking products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, testing and troubleshooting for customers.
• Support the implementation and delivery of networking solutions, including onsite/remote technical support and documentation.
• Provide after-sales technical support, diagnosing and resolving network, connectivity and product-related issues.
• Conduct customer training and technical guidance as required.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Support other infrastructure and technical projects as required.

• Salary range: $5000 - $6000
• AWS and Performance Bonus provided
• Working days & hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM (Monday - Friday)

Job Scope

Requirement

• Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support
• Possess CCNA certificate will be an advantage
