Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Network Support professional in Singapore to deliver pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance for networking solutions. The role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing products, conducting demos, and ensuring timely project delivery.

You will perform onsite and remote support, help with testing, training, and documentation, and collaborate with regional teams to resolve issues and share knowledge. A CCNA or higher certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years related post-sales/technical support experience.
• CCNA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and technical support by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable networking products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, testing and troubleshooting for customers.
• Support the implementation and delivery of networking solutions, including onsite/remote technical support and documentation.
• Provide after-sales technical support, diagnosing and resolving network, connectivity and product-related issues.
• Conduct customer training and technical guidance where required.
• Work closely with customers, internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Support other infrastructure and technical projects as required.
