Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to provide pre-sales and technical support for networking solutions in Singapore.

You will understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, conduct demonstrations, and support solution delivery on-site or remotely. The role requires a degree in Computer Communications or Network Engineering, at least 3 years of post-sales/technical support experience, and CCNA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support.
• CCNA certificate will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and technical support by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable networking products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, testing and troubleshooting for customers.
• Support the implementation and delivery of networking solutions, including onsite/remote technical support and documentation.
• Provide after-sales technical support, diagnosing and resolving network, connectivity and product-related issues.
• Conduct customer training and technical guidance where required.
• Work closely with customers, internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Support other infrastructure and technical projects as required.

• Salary range: $5000 - $6000
• AWS and Performance Bonus provided
