Job summary
EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a network support professional to provide pre-sales and technical support, understand customer requirements, and recommend networking products and solutions.
You will conduct product demonstrations, support implementation and delivery of networking solutions, provide onsite/remote technical support, and deliver after-sales assistance while working with regional stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support.
- CCNA certification will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and technical support by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable networking products and solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, testing and troubleshooting for customers.
- Support the implementation and delivery of networking solutions, including onsite/remote technical support and documentation.
- Provide after-sales technical support, diagnosing and resolving network, connectivity and product-related issues.
- Conduct customer training and technical guidance where required.
- Work closely with customers, internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvement.

- Salary range: $5000 - $6000
- AWS and Performance Bonus provided
- Working days & hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM (Monday - Friday)
