Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a Network Support Engineer in Singapore, based in Ang Mo Kio. You will provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for networking products, conduct demos, and assist with project delivery.

Requirements: degree in Computer Communications or Network Engineering, at least 3 years in network after-sales/technical support; CCNA is a plus. Salary SGD 5,000–6,000 monthly, with AWS and performance bonus, plus welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Communications or Network Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support.
• CCNA certificate will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and technical support by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable networking products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, testing and troubleshooting for customers.
• Support the implementation and delivery of networking solutions, including onsite/remote technical support and documentation.
• Provide after-sales technical support, diagnosing and resolving network, connectivity and product-related issues.
• Conduct customer training and technical guidance where required.
• Work closely with customers, internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Support other infrastructure and technical projects as required.
