Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring for a network solutions specialist responsible for pre-sales and post-sales technical support. You will demo products, perform testing, and troubleshoot issues while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The role includes onsite visits at Ang Mo Kio and ongoing documentation, with opportunities for professional training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support.
• CCNA certificate will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and technical support by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable networking products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, testing and troubleshooting for customers.
• Support the implementation and delivery of networking solutions, including onsite/remote technical support and documentation.
• Provide after-sales technical support, diagnosing and resolving network, connectivity and product-related issues.
• Conduct customer training and technical guidance where required.
• Work closely with customers, internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvement.
• Support other infrastructure and technical projects as required.

• Salary range: $5000 - $6000

• AWS and Performance Bonus provided

• Working days & hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM (Monday - Friday)
