As a Music Therapist (Healthcare Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
  • Develop and deliver individualised music therapy interventions aligned with therapeutic goals.
  • Facilitate one-to‑one and group sessions to support emotional expression, engagement, and quality of life.
  • Evaluate therapy outcomes and adapt interventions based on client response and progress.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
  • Contribute clinical insights during interdisciplinary discussions to support coordinated care.
  • Identify complex or high‑risk cases and make appropriate referrals to relevant professionals.
  • Support service development initiatives, programme evaluation, and quality improvement efforts.
  • Participate in research, education, or outreach activities to promote evidence‑informed practice.
  • Assist with administrative duties, reports, events, and projects as required by the team.
Requirements:
