Aureus Group is seeking a customer service orientated professional to join our centre in Singapore. You will handle inquiries, bookings for trials, and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction while upholding our service standards.

As part of a fast-paced team, you will collaborate with the Centre Team and leadership, adapt to changing needs, and contribute to long-term growth and operations across the centre.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in customer service.
• Able to work retail hours and weekends.
• Strong written and spoken English; bilingual would be an advantage.
