Molecular Biologist (Biological)
In This Role, You Will
  • Be part of a team to develop solutions to detect and characterize pathogens using a multi‑omics approach
  • Design and execute experiments to investigate functional characteristics of pathogens and the impact of potential countermeasures
  • Analyse experimental data and communicate findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations
Job Requirements
  • Degree / Masters / PhD in Life Sciences / Molecular Biology / Molecular Biotechnology
  • Demonstrated expertise in an extensive suite of molecular biology techniques such as PCR, molecular cloning, protein expression and purification
  • Familiar with cellular and biochemical assays to investigate i) biological characteristics of bacteria and ii) anti‑virulence properties of countermeasures
  • Willing to work in BSL3
  • Possess good communication and writing skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Motivated individual with keen interest in research who stays updated on advancements in biotechnology and applies new knowledge and techniques to ongoing projects
