Job summary

A leading telecommunications provider in Singapore seeks a candidate to join the Roaming Coverage team. The role involves performing IREG testing for VoLTE roaming, coordinating with partners, and managing customer experience KPIs. Qualifications

• Basic technical knowledge of networking standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform IREG testing for VoLTE roaming and support for new partners.
• Coordinate with roaming partners to ensure quality roaming experience.
• Assist in diagnosing problems and help resolve issues.
• Manage roaming complaints and ensure SLA compliancy.
• Collaborate with teams to improve roaming experience.
• Manage customer experience KPIs from testing platforms.
• Maintain industry documentation and work orders.

Skills

Engineering or IT diploma

Passion for telecommunications technologies

Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and CISCO networking

Good oral and written communication skills

Creative and analytical problem-solving
