Job summary

A leading multinational corporation in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support / Sales Coordinator to manage day-to-day sales administration, including preparing quotations and processing orders. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales support, preferably within the marine or engineering sectors. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $2,800 to $3,400, with additional benefits including Work From Home days and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

  • Prepare quotations and process orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with the shipping department for order delivery.
  • Provide full sales support to the Area Manager.

Position: Sales Support / Sales Coordinator [Italian MNC - Marine and Power Industries]

  • Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm [ NO OT Required ]
  • After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month
  • Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore
  • Basic: $2,800 - $3,400 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, preferable in marine or engineering sectors [spare parts]
  • Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.
Job Scopes:
  • Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
  • Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
  • Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
  • Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
