Wooloomooloo Steakhouse is a premium steakhouse renowned for quality, craft, and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our Singapore team and deliver outstanding beverage service in a vibrant, upscale setting.

Position: Bartender

Location: Singapore
Salary: SGD $2,800 – $3,500 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Deliver warm, engaging, and professional bar service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and mise en place
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or upscale hospitality environment preferred
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wines
