Responsibilities

• Perform condition-based servicing and scheduled maintenance on MINI vehicles.
• Carry out warranty repairs following BMW Asia warranty policies.
• Execute repair and maintenance work for retail and internal customers.
• Conduct basic electrical diagnostics using approved tools.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and to high quality standards.
• Safeguard company and customers’ property.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and organisation.
• Attend and complete mandatory technical training from BMW Asia.
• Ensure tools are properly maintained and accounted for.
• Manage and return all Special Service Tools after use.
• Perform CitNOW inspections for upselling opportunities.
• Participate in annual parts stock take.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the superior.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform condition-based servicing and scheduled maintenance on MINI vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.




• Carry out warranty repairs in compliance with BMW Asia warranty policies and procedures.




• Execute repair and maintenance work for both retail and internal customers with a high standard of workmanship.




• Conduct basic electrical diagnostics and fault-finding using approved diagnostic tools.




• Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards at all times.




• Safeguard company and customers’ property, including tools, equipment, and vehicles.




• Maintain workshop cleanliness and organisation to retail and safety standards.




• Attend and complete all mandatory technical training and certification courses assigned by BMW Asia.




• Ensure all assigned tools are properly maintained, clean, and fully accountable.




• Properly manage and return all Special Service Tools (SST) to their designated locations after use.




• Perform CitNOW inspections to support Customer Service Officers (CSOs) in identifying upselling opportunities.




• Participate in annual parts stock take and inventory exercises as required.




• Carry out any other reasonable duties and tasks assigned by the immediate superior in support of operational needs.
