Zusammenfassung

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to manage end-to-end import/export documentation, coordinate global logistics, and support sales teams and overseas clients from our Orchard office.

You will handle shipping documents, LC negotiations, data entry in Xero, and liaison with forwarders and insurers. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in international trade with strong Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in international trade or freight forwarding (Metals/Commodities sector preferred).
• Proficient in Incoterms 2020 and international payment methods (L/C, T/T, DP/DA).
• Strong Excel skills for data tracking; proficiency in Xero is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiation and bank submissions.
• Perform data entry in Xero, maintain systematic trade files, and support annual audit requirements.
• Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans and resolve transit discrepancies.
• Act as the primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculation, and track Accounts Receivable/Payable.
