Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring a Sales Operations Executive to manage end-to-end import/export documentation, coordinate global logistics, and support our metals trading team.

Role requires 2-3 years in international trade or freight forwarding, strong Excel skills, familiarity with Incoterms 2020, and experience with Xero. Located at Shaw Centre, Singapore, with 5-day work weeks and a starting salary of SGD 3,500– SGD 4,500 plus AWS (13th month bonus).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in international trade or freight forwarding (Metals/Commodities sector preferred).
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international payment methods (L/C, T/T, DP/DA).
• Strong Excel skills; proficiency in Xero is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trade Documentation: manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle L/C negotiation and bank submissions.
• System & Compliance: data entry in Xero, maintain trade files, support annual audits.
• Logistics Coordination: liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans and resolve transit discrepancies.
• Business Support: act as primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculations, and track AR/AP.
