Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Operations Executive (Import & Export) to manage end-to-end documentation and coordinate global logistics from our Orchard office in Singapore.

The role supports sales teams and overseas clients, ensuring accurate data and compliant processes. With 2–3 years in international trade, you will handle shipping documents, L/C negotiations, and payment methods while maintaining trade files and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in international trade or freight forwarding.
• Proficient in Incoterms 2020 and international payment methods (L/C, T/T, DP/DA).
• Strong Excel skills for data tracking; Xero experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trade Documentation: Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiation and bank submissions.
• System & Compliance: Perform data entry in Xero, maintain systematic trade files, and support annual audit requirements.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans and resolve transit discrepancies.
• Business Support: Act as the primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculation, and track Accounts Receivable/Payable.
