Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore's Orchard area is seeking a Sales Operations Executive (Import & Export) to manage end-to-end trade processes and documentation.

This role involves interactions with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth shipments. You will handle shipping documents, LC negotiation, and data entry in Xero, while supporting shipment planning, cost calculations, and AR/AP tracking.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in international trade or freight forwarding; metals/commodities sector preferred.
• Proficient in Incoterms 2020 and international payment methods (L/C, T/T, DP/DA).
• Strong Excel skills; Xero experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and negotiate L/C with banks.
• Perform data entry in Xero and maintain trade files for audit readiness.
• Coordinate with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans and resolve transit discrepancies.
• Act as primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculation, and track AR/AP.
