Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1-3 years in sales/business development, preferably in Beauty & Wellness.
• Mandarin fluency is advantageous for liaising with Mandarin-speaking partners and customers.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Understand and promote Local Services offerings.
• Source and engage potential partners face-to-face and virtually.
• Lead negotiations and close merchant deals.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
• Monitor merchant performance and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams on cross-selling initiatives.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
