Job summary

Grab Singapore is seeking an Account Management professional to establish and nurture strong relationships with key GrabMart and GrabPay merchants and FMCG partners. You will lead end-to-end account management, develop growth strategies, and drive revenue through GMV and advertising streams across Grab’s ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage strong business relationships with key GrabMart and GrabPay merchants and FMCG partners to drive growth
• Lead all elements of account management including business identification, strategy, negotiations, day-to-day management, and execution of key initiatives
• Enable accounts' growth and success, measured by GMV and advertising revenue
• Form deep relationships by collaborating across Grab verticals such as GrabAds and GrabExpress
• Work with Retail/FMCG Account Management Leads and Head of Merchants on individual accounts' business development strategy
• Manage a portfolio of accounts focusing on relationships and increasing profitability/revenue
• Analyze merchant performance data and create actionable plans to optimize growth and revenue
• Develop and execute business strategies to grow merchant sales and collaborate across Grab's verticals
• Drive growth for accounts measured by GMV and advertising revenue, ensuring partners thrive on the platform through initiatives like tailored reporting, marketing support, integrations, and product alignment
