Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a sales professional with a knack for face-to-face engagement to promote merchant adoption. The role involves on-site visits to merchants, in malls or hotspots, and a base salary with attractive incentives.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven record in acquiring space.
• Strong presentation, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated with negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiar with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Willing to travel/visit merchants on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform B2C site visits and calls to promote client acceptance.
• Identify opportunities through mall geo hotspots and build a leads pipeline.
• Engage merchants and sell to key decision makers.
• Manage portfolio and pipeline with team leader's support.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships and provide merchant solutions to generate referrals.
• Provide updates and insights to the core team and learn about merchant needs.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and controls.
• Participate in training and coaching programs and leverage brand marketing initiatives.
