Job summary

Grab Singapore is seeking a results-driven Merchant Sales professional to expand our restaurant partner network. You will identify growth opportunities, present Grab's suite of business solutions, and help merchants improve revenue and daily operations across online and offline channels.

• Identify and acquire new restaurant partners through cold calling, networking, referrals, field prospecting, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities with disciplined CRM and pipeline management.
• Understand merchants' business challenges and growth priorities, and recommend Grab solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with business owners and decision-makers.
• Build long-term relationships with merchants and identify future growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
