PERSOL is seeking a candidate to support the Sales & Business Development team at Changi Airport, Singapore. You will drive concession sales for global and leading groups, with exposure to a marketplace platform, involving sales & marketing initiatives and coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands‑on involvement in operations, data analysis, and campaign execution to boost sales and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of e‑commerce, merchandising or relevant experience.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant acquisition efforts for the company’s platform, including prospecting, negotiating and onboarding.
• Take on the key account manager role for a portfolio of merchants, tracking sales performance and conducting business reviews.
• Assist in monthly business reporting activities.
• Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to execute campaigns, resolve operational issues and address customer queries.
• Support ad‑hoc projects related to platform improvements, customer experience, and operation efficiency.
