Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Merchant Account Manager to drive merchant acquisition, manage a portfolio of merchants, and analyze sales performance for growth. You will negotiate onboarding, conduct regular reviews, and collaborate with marketing and operations to resolve issues and deliver campaigns.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree with 2–3 years in e-commerce or related fields, strong communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree qualification with 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, account management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant acquisition activities for the platform, including prospecting potential partners, conducting negotiations, and overseeing the onboarding process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and Key Account Manager for an assigned portfolio of merchants.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify business opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance account growth.
• Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to strengthen partnerships and maximize sales outcomes.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of monthly business performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, resolve operational challenges, and address merchant or customer-related issues.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and business initiatives as assigned.
