PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a BD Executive to join its dynamic e-commerce team in Singapore. The role covers business development, merchant management, sales performance and operations, offering hands-on exposure across end-to-end commercial activities.

You will support merchant onboarding, manage relationships, analyze sales data, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive campaigns and improve customer experience in a fast-paced digital marketplace.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, merchandising, sales, business development or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data and able to draw basic insights from sales performance.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, organised and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the acquisition and onboarding of new merchants, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation and coordination.
• Manage a portfolio of existing merchants, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to drive sales and business growth.
• Monitor account and sales performance, analyse data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Support regular business reviews and monthly reporting activities.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and address customer-related matters.
• Support ad-hoc projects focused on improving the platform, customer experience and operational efficiency.
