Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks a motivated individual to conduct site inspections and manage daily operations. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering and preferably have 3 years of experience in both public and private residential projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and BIM is advantageous, along with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience in public and private residential projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel around project site offices within Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-inspection with subcontractors.
• Perform site works according to micro scheduling.
• Ensure safety of work activities on-site.
