Job summary

33CLUB PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service oriented professional to manage member inquiries by phone, email, and in person, while handling daily desk duties and event registrations.

The role requires English and Mandarin proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in administration. A 5-day work week with rotating days off is offered in a club/hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service industry such as hotels, clubs, or retail.
• Good interpersonal skills and confident interaction with people at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
• Familiarity with administration, MS Office and computers.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all member queries, concerns, feedback and requests via phone, emails and face-to-face.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, desk duties and side duties.
• Assist with bill payments, cash handling, member endorsements, ads, passes and event/dining registrations.
• Provide counter and administrative coverage as part of operations staff.
