Job summary

33CLUB PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service oriented professional to manage member inquiries by phone, email, and in person, while handling daily desk duties and event registrations.

The role requires English and Mandarin proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in administration. A 5-day work week with rotating days off is offered in a club/hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service industry such as hotels, clubs, or retail.
• Good interpersonal skills and confident interaction with people at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
• Familiarity with administration, MS Office and computers.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all member queries, concerns, feedback and requests via phone, emails and face-to-face.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, desk duties and side duties.
• Assist with bill payments, cash handling, member endorsements, ads, passes and event/dining registrations.
• Provide counter and administrative coverage as part of operations staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to all member queries, concerns, feedback and requests via phone, emails and face-to-face
• Execute all the opening and closing procedures, desk duties and side duties
• Services include: bill payment and inquiry, handling of cash float, member endorsement, member advertisements, issuance of special passes, reservation and registration of events and dining, etc.
• Function as part of the operations staff to provide counter and administrative coverage for the daily operation
• Attend to all member queries, concerns, feedback and requests via phone and email
• Attend to members' queries and serve F&B
• Other related ad-hoc duties as specified by management.

Entrance

• Welcoming and managing the incoming crowd, overseeing guest management, and ensuring accurate registration
• To manage the team and operations in the absence of the executives and managers
• Possess knowledge of all security and emergency procedures

Additional Duties (Executive)

• Support the managers in the execution and handling of tasks and side duties effectively.
• Support incoming associates and ensure that SOPs are adhered to.
• To manage the team and operations in the absence of the executives and managers

Job Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ level and above
• Work experience in customer service industry, e.g. hotel, clubs, retail, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently with people of all levels.
• The role requires to service the clients with English and Mandarin
• Preferably with a year of related experience
• Good in administration, Microsoft Office, and computers
• Ability to handle challenging customers
• 5-day work week. Weekly one day off from Mon-Sat on rotation basis and Sunday off. Public holidays off as well.
