Job summary

QLX PTE. LTD. invites you to join our club front desk team in Singapore. You will warmly welcome guests, manage registrations and bookings, and provide information on services, events, and promotions to ensure a seamless experience.

You should be comfortable in a busy nightlife setting, with strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Night shifts, weekends, and public holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
• Able to manage reservations, registrations and enquiries efficiently.
• Knowledge of nightlife events, promotions and packages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the club entrance with a friendly, professional greeting.
• Register guests, handle walk-ins, online reservations and table bookings accurately.
• Assist guests with confirmations, availability, seating and order placement.
• Provide information on services, events, promotions, packages and offers.
• Coordinate with service staff and management to ensure smooth entry, seating and service.
• Support marketing with campaigns, events, social media, and customer engagement.
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain accurate reservation records and databases.
• Help maintain positive guest relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Gather guest feedback and share observations with the marketing team.
• Keep entrance and reception areas neat and organized.
