• Comfortable using CRM systems and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests with warm professionalism.
• Handle membership administration, billing, records, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate bookings for dining, rooms, wellness, events, and club experiences.
• Communicate events, promotions, updates, and member privileges.
• Address inquiries, requests, feedback, and service recovery promptly.
• Support member activities and collaboration with internal teams to enhance engagement.
