Job summary

HOO CHENG KTV NITECLUB PTE. LTD. is looking for a guest services-attentive team member to warmly welcome guests and handle inquiries and reservations in a fast-paced, vibrant setting.

You will manage group and event bookings, collaborate with daily operations to maximize seating and ensure smooth service, and foster strong guest relationships while upholding professional standards. Weekend and public holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced working environment
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
• 2-3 years of working experiences in F&B industry will be advantage

Responsibilities

• Receive guests friendly and professionally
• Manage all queries in promptly and professionally manner
• Maintain good rapport and nurture the relationship to increase loyalty with guests
• Assist in any reservations, group and/or event booking
• Work closely with daily operational staff to maximize seating capacity and ensure smooth operations
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager
