Job summary

33CLUB PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a warm, service-oriented Front of House professional to greet members and guests at the Club near Raffles Place. You will handle arrivals, inquiries, and events with a refined touch.

The role requires strong English and Mandarin, proficiency in MS Office, and 2 years in customer service or hospitality. Prior luxury club experience is a plus. The team offers a 5-day week, Sundays off, staff meals, and career development.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Role requires servicing clients with English and Mandarin.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or private members' club environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome members and guests upon arrival at the Club.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to feedback and inquiries.
• Attend to emails, mobile inquiries and reservations; meet member needs promptly.
• Maintain high service standards within Club guidelines and discretion.
• Ensure smooth daily Front of House operations and club readiness.
• Assist in on-site registration of Club events and activities.
• Prepare and send event announcements and assist with logistics.
• Present a positive, well-groomed appearance and friendly attitude.
• Communicate effectively to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Engage with members and guests to build relationships.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
